There was alot of paperwork with this bank which was very difficult for me at the time as I was in Queensland visiting my pregnant daughter and my mum was back home very sick in aged care. Faraz did an amazing job helping me through this difficult time and was very genuine and understanding in what my circumstances where and what I was going through at the time.
