We felt that internal communication in the team wasn’t always effective and it wasn’t clear which person was handling our work after being passed on from Nathan - receiving emails from multiple people. The situation wasn’t helped by us being one of their first clients to use the bank they recommended. All worked out in the end, but it wasn’t a smooth process.
