If there is a will or a way this man will exhaust every Avenue possible!! (but understand some case's may not have a smooth positive outcome as I did) I did not have the deposit required to buy a house but like I said if there is a will and a way he will make it happen! and push it further as much as he can to get that little bit more in your final maximum loan amount and still suprized me with tweaking to get more.
