It can be confusing to choose between the many choices of brokers. The thing I liked about Daniel is I always felt I could call directly and he helped guide us throughout the whole process. I never felt like just another client, he was always available and keen to help any way he could, incredible service. We had ups and downs in our journey and he never pushed us, always felt like he was on our side and was up front about how his remuneration worked. We had some complicated issues around proving income/structure of the loan and he took care of everything and came up with really helpful suggestions. From the very first contact with Daniel regarding our re-financing process his service has been exceptional. He has been patient with our many questions and offered helpful advice throughout the process. He has worked hard to make sure we are completely satisfied and that we have ended up with the best deal to cater to our financial needs. Towards the end of the initial refinancing process a cheaper rate at an alternate bank became available. Despite having done a large amount of work to get us literally to the point of signing on the dotted line, Daniel found us the cheaper rate and recommended we consider the alternate bank which meant he had to start the process again for no added benefit to himself but at significant financial benefit to us.
