Working through various hurdles with settlement, valuation of the land, and milestones with the builder has been a long process, but Lendium have been very diligent and worked back and forth between the bank and the builder to keep things moving smoothly - something that had I not had their assistance, I would have found extremely stressful and frustrating. Thankfully I've not needed to worry too much about it as I knew that Daniel and his team were on it.
