An excellent experience with Daniel. He was incredibly thorough with his communication with us and showed tremendous knowledge. He also then made it incredibly easy to follow for us, who are not particularly knowledgeable or experienced in investment and home owning. Daniel and his team have been great to work with and have gone above and beyond to help me through each step of applying for, being approved for and finally starting to draw down my construction loan. Working through various hurdles with settlement, valuation of the land, and milestones with the builder has been a long process, but Lendium have been very diligent and worked back and forth between the bank and the builder to keep things moving smoothly - something that had I not had their assistance, I would have found extremely stressful and frustrating.
