Laszlo was referred to us by our previous broker (who is no longer in the business). It took us 18 months to finally find our home after a long sale and then a couple of offers falling through, and Laszlo was patiently with us all the way, providing updates to our capacity as a couple of things changed for us. He handled the paperwork and the bank dealings through some strange Covid times for us and I could not be happier with his help and service. He is friendly and explains things in a way that is easy to understand and gave us good options to choose from. I'd highly recommend him (and have done) to others.

Laszlo has been helping us since our first purchase of an apartment last year and then a mortgage for a new build this year. He has been always available and full of knowledge to help us with any queries. Would highly recommend to anyone as he is not bias and always looking out for the best outcome for your personal situation.

Laszlo was very helpful and helped us to understand the various finance options. As recent immigrants to WA were unfamiliar with the way things work here, but Laszlo patiently explained everything and really went the extra mile to get us across the finish line.

We decided to contact Laszlo as first home buyers after he helped my sister and her husband with their mortgage and they had nothing but awesome things to say about his service. We are so unbelievably glad we did, Laszlo has worked with us for almost a year through all of our changes in circumstances and plans. He has been so very patient with my millions of questions, and so knowledgeable with his answers. We were after a mortgage for building our first home, and there is so much I would never have been aware of or picked up on if it weren't for Laszlo. I felt he was always looking out for our best interests that suited our particular needs, and was never pushy or forceful. He was always so quick to reply to my emails and calls, and so great at following up with us too. As first home buyers we truly feel grateful to have had the support and help Laszlo had given us. We would 100% recommend his services.

Laszlo is amazing. Very easy to communicate with and I feel like he went above and beyond for me and my partner to help us buy our first house. Always around whenever we needed him and helped guide us through the whole process start to finish. Even though we lived 2500 km’s away in Broome nothing was ever to hard. I genuinely feel like Laszlo had our best interest at heart and tried to save us as much money as possible and gave us great financial advice. I could not recommend Laszlo enough.

Laz is fantastic! I recently purchased a house and as a first-time home buyer did not know what to expect. I was carrying a lot of uncertainty about some decisions I would have to make and really needed a guiding hand throughout the process. Laz was there throughout the entire financing and settlement process and was always providing timely updates and help keeping us well on track. Even when we hit a few bumps he was very quick to provide a solution, and overall made the experience super smooth and easy. I was always confident with Laz at my back.

We have chosen to work with Laszlo repeatedly for all our mortgage requirements because his knowledge of the industry and options available to us, combined with his extremely proficient execution, has resulted in a better than expected result every time. Laszlo is willing to consider every possibility and request we make, and exhaustively research solutions, until he achieves an optimal conclusion. Several of these scenarios were arduous and complex but working with Laszlo with his calm, confident demeanor and thorough approach to detail is highly reassuring. We were able to leave our concerns in his hands on every occasion for a successful outcome.

Couldn't have done it with him. His knowledge and patience is incredible. He made the process so easy and so much quicker than I had expected. Highly recommend!

We have had the privilege of Laszlo being our Mortgage broker three times and each time he has been fabulous to deal with. Our application wasn't simple with multiple address changes over the years and various international moves but Laszlo sorted it all out for us. I would highly recommend his services.
