We knew about Peter from a friend who had acquired 6 houses through him so without a doubt, my husband and I approached Peter early in the year to enquire about purchasing a property. We contacted Peter through email and he responded quickly. It was nice to not be in the dark. We wanted to loan a certain amount, and we asked how much should we both be earning per year etc in order to achieve it and we got our answers without any fluff and whatnot. It was clear and straightforward. However we have to wait due to employment circumstances. Peter never pestered us as though he was chasing us. We got our answers and we were off achieving our goal. Fast forward 6 months later, we were in contact with Peter again. Everything moved so quickly after that. We were so comfortable with Peter, to the point we do not doubt or question him at all. We had full confidence in him and left it all in his hands. If anything, we had a few hiccups on our end and yet he managed to get us our loan. In our household, we refer him as Uncle Peter because we just have this massive respect for him and his skills and knowledge in this world of applying for a loan. We now own a land and soon a construction loan. Also, I have never met Peter in person, everything was through email. That was how much we trusted him.
