I emailed Peter when I realised new customers were being offered a lower interest rate than I was on for the same home loan product I had signed up for a couple of years earlier. Peter responded immediately and was straight onto negotiating with the bank on my behalf resulting in the interest rate being reduced to match that being offered to new customers. This was a rapid and completely hassle free process for me compared to past experience back when I was dealing the bank directly. I'm very happy with the service Peter provides.
