He always gives clear advice about who has the cheapest rates and will be the best bank for you given your circumstances. For us it was Commonwealth in 2007, BankWest in 2014 and 2018, and Macquarie in 2021. Importantly he does most of the paperwork for the bank so there is very little hassle.
