From the start to the end....no hassle. We first looked at a house. Gave Mr Gomm the address and he guided us through the right market value and a potential cost involved....mortgage, interest etc. once offer was made, all work was done swiftly and stress free. We were also given appropriate financial advice with interest rates and loan repayments. We refinanced 3 mortgages and got a 4th approved. Peter and his team are amazingly efficient and helpful. Nothing is too hard for them to do. We had trouble in finalising settlement, all caused by Westpac and their stupidity. Peter and his team worked for 2 days straight to make settlement happen going far above and beyond what they needed to as it was all Westpac's fault. But instead of laying blame and telling me it'll have to wait, they went on the front foot and did most of the work Westpac should have. This made settlement go through on time not just for us but for the other 3 parties involved who were all affected in their settlements. I cannot speak highly enough of Peter and his team to make it work. They are friendly, supportive, approachable, hard working, understanding, compassionate and they do their job very well.
