Without Peters guidance I doubt I would have been successful in purchasing my current home .The house had gone to auction and I believe I phoned Peter three or four times during the auction whose assistance put me in a position to successfully bid it is a nerve racking experience but helps enormously when you have the assistance of someone with so much experience.
