I can't begin to explain how wonderful Gail and her team are at First choice home loans. She is an amazing broker but a more amazing person, she has gone above and beyond and made the whole experience enjoyable through every step. There was a few hurdles that had to be overcome due to my situation but Gail was there every time I called, needed advice or just needed a little guidance. Gail is extremely organized, well spoken and makes everything as clear as possible so there isn't any surprises along the way. Gail went above and beyond to ensure the best loan on the market at the time was sourced and all confirmamtion details were obtained for lawyers, when extremely tight deadlines were put in place by developers. Without her efforts (even though she was on holiday) to make this happen (with the support of her team) it could have ended in a very disappointing fashion, it was very much appreciated what she did to achieve an outstanding result.
