Working with Gail and her team was refreshing. Gail's professionalism and knowledge of her industry made applying for a loan pain free and very simple. Our family will not consider any other broker should we require future loans and neither should you. Do yourself a favour remove the stress from applying for a loan by using Gail Roots and her fantastic team.

Gail has worked with us since 2007. We have just secured out 4th loan with Gail - First Choice Home Loans. Gail has always worked extremely hard to accommodate our needs and wishes with the utmost professionalism. Our last loan was difficult to negotiate, but we never doubted Gail's ability. It is always a pleasure to work with Gail and her staff.

Gail was absolutely incredible. She was very attentive and never made me feel like I was bothering her with questions. Will be recommending and using Gail again

I found Gail while searching for advice on where to start when buying a house as I had not the first clue in what to do in this process but knew I was ready. After talking with Gail and her easy way of explaining things to someone with not a clue, she had assured me that she looks after almost everything and will be there for you through the whole journey all I had to do was find a house. Not only did I find my forever home but with Gail’s help she made the process soo easy breezy. I can’t thank Gail enough for being patient with me and answering my 10 million questions and always being there even on her weekends and after hours! I highly recommend Gail Roots at First Choice Home Loans QLD if you are wanting to buy your own house to call home ☺️

We just mentioned the requirement and she helped us to choose the best Home Loan option. She is very professional in her approach and was always available as needed.
