We have utilised Gail's services for the purchase of three houses now (all family purchases). She has been our go-to for financial advice and knowledge. Even though we have moved to the Sunshine Coast now, we will not hesitate to reach out to her if we need another mortgage again in the future. ('Please, no!' I hear her say, ha). In this difficult enonomic/real estate market, you can count on Gail to be honest regarding what's 'doable', and know she really works her butt off. We appreciate her so much.

Thanks so much Gail for your recent help in refinancing our investment unit to help us with a lower interest rate and a shorter term on our loan. We appreciate your personal attention to detail and how smooth the whole process was. We highly recommend your excellent communication skills as we knew exactly what was happening with the loan at all times. Our experience was amazing and as this is the third time you have helped us, there is no doubt how highly we rate you! Thanks again!

Highly recommend Gail, she was so easy to deal with and had gone completely above and beyond for us purchasing our first home.

Gail and her team are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to lending criteria and all that goes with this territory. Gail is very easy to talk with and listens to your needs and concerns. I would recommend Gail to everyone without a second thought.

Great to deal with, couldn't recommend higher!!

Gail has worked hard on many occasions to secure property finance for me. Gail takes the time to understand my needs, she looks at all possibilities from all perspectives to provide me the best options to choose from. I recommend Gail to all my colleagues. She is personal and professional. Gail goes above and beyond expectation for her clients. I highly recommend Gails’ service to find your financial solution! Thanks again Gail!

Gail was truely amazing! Over the course of looking for our property she was nothing but professional, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. She provided correct and detailed information at our request in a timely manner and always explained the ins ands out in a clear and easy to understand way. There were no “hidden costs” or “missed information”. Gail always answered the phone and responded to emails within minutes of sending them. She provided options and scenarios that worked for us. We will recommend Gail to family and friends knowing her professionalism and expertise will be second to none and she will make sure you achieve your property goals. Gail went above and beyond for us and we will forever be grateful for her. Gail’s expertise allowed us to start the next chapter of our life in our dream property. We thank you Gail for everything! I’ve used Gail multiple times for selling, refinancing & buying. She is always professional yet easy to work with & goes above and beyond to make everything run smoothly.

Gail assisted us in this purchase and went over and above what our expectations were. She made the entire process very easy and was able to deliver what she said right from day 1. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gail to anyone no matter how challenging you think your situation may be. It was reassuring to know that Gail was always only a phone call away. Great person to have on your side.
