Earlier this year I had started to look into buying my first house and gone to a financial advisor my parent had seen previously, unfortunately that didn't go so well and I was told to just save and come back in 6 months, which is what I did. Fast forward 6 months and i went back only to be told I could borrow less that I could at the beginning of the year which made no sense and made me give up hope.
