As a first home buyer, I had so many questions. The difference between all the loan types, how much monthly repayments would be and whether they would be close to what I was paying for rent. Was I even ready? Which is the better bank with the lowest rates and if I would even be eligible for any of the first home buyer’s government benefits. Where to even begin? Fortunately, Josh helped me with the process every step of the way. He has the knowledge and experience that provided me the reassurance I needed in making big life decisions such as these. He is very professional and accommodating. I probably asked him a thousand questions but he’s always happy to answer them. I don't think it would have been this easy and stress-free if I did it by myself.
