Not only was he available when we needed him but returned calls when he said, and also called us unprompted to check how we were feeling everything was going, and when we came off our honeymoon rate he helped us negotiate a better rate than what was offered by the bank rather than having to change banks for a better deal.
Josh was great to work with. He went through every step with us very thoroughly and made sure we understood everything before moving on.
