My partner and I chose NBHL to help us buy our first home after they were highly recommended by our buyers agent. We both work out of town every second week, so we lacked the time (and knowledge) to choose the right loan for us. In our first meeting, Pat was the perfect amount of casual and professional which immediately put us at ease. Throughout our entire relationship, he was approachable, honest (which we really appreciated and relied on) and knowledgeable. We had a bit of a painful loan experience as we were always away at work and there were heaps of public holidays during our settlement (easter etc). Our loan application was also selected for random QA/QC which also added time to the process. This resulted in finance having to be extended 3 times, which was quite stressful. Pat and Di dealt with it like bosses, working public holidays and keeping us informed every step of the way. Could not recommend them more as they were trustworthy and very easy to deal with.
