Words cannot express what Pat, Di and Team have done for my family and I. At the time my wife and I were looking to buy our first homeowner property, our landlord wanted to sell his property which meant we couldn't extend our contract. So we moved into a Air BNB apartment as it was difficult to find a property that will offer short-term rental. Due to the high payment for the Air BNB apartment, we decided not to extend our stay at Air BNB but with the hope that we will find a place for my family and I to own and enjoy. As we were working towards a tight deadline it was amazing just to have Pat and Di on board. I can say that it wasn't a smooth ride, BUT Pat and Di just kept striving with a "Never give up" attitude. The time and effort they put into our application was beyond expectation and my family and I are eternally grateful.
