This is the second house we have purchased using Kerry and Judy and they have been nothing short of amazing. All our questions answered, our peace of mind kept and nothing was to much trouble. Kerry went above and beyond for us again and we are very grateful! Love your work Kezza x

We were taken care of every step of the way. All our questions were answered in great detail and Kerry made it easy to understand as we were both new to obtaining a home loan. Kerry provides exceptional service and is easy to get in contact with even after normal work hours. We couldnt be happier with our result and would reccommend her highly.

Kerry provided us with everything we needed and more. Her experience and expertise was very helpful and her guidance was something we didn’t realise we needed Would definitely recommend her to family and friends (I have already recommended her services to 2 friends in the process of looking to buy)

Kerry is the first mortgage broker I’ve used. Kerry’s knowledge and support was incredible from day one and she went above and beyond to help me achieve my goal. We had some issues with the bank which she worked extremely hard to overcome and get the outcome we wanted. I’m extremely happy and grateful for the services she provided and her local knowledge as well. Thank you Kerry 😄

My husband and I first met Kerry in 2016 when we purchased our first home. We were so impressed by Kerry and her professionalism that we have since been back to her 2 more times. Kerry has always been so friendly and welcoming and most importantly, she knows her stuff and is incredibly patient as she helps clients navigate the confusing world of mortgages and interest rates. Even when we're between transactions i.e. settlement is done and we're only considering another purchase Kerry always makes herself available to answer questions, and even when these don't turn into actual loans she never makes you feel like you've wasted her time. I couldn't recommend Kerry highly enough, from initial meeting to settlement Kerry is by your side the entire time.

Kerry is friendly, knowledgeable, and provided me with excellent service from beginning to end. Thanks to her dedication, I achieved a fantastic result after a long journey. I cannot thank Kerry enough and highly recommend her as a broker.

Hi all As a very busy single dad with not much experience in finance or purchasing homes Kerry McKenzie my broker has been by my side every step of the way. I had many questions and thoughts and she did not hesitate to answer and suggest the best outcomes for my situation in the upmost professional way. My needs from kerry started from buying a second property in Northern Territory and setting up an investment property in NSW. We ended up selling one of the properties a few years later and refinancing. Corresponding from the other side of Australia was not a problem at all. Everything from contracts, loans and settlement had been taken care of by Kerry and her team. I would advise everyone to have Kerry at KLM Finance support you and your needs and wants in your property journey.

This being the second property I've organised through Kerry, I can truly state that Kerry's service is absolutely second to none! Kerry makes the process very smooth, provided a multitude of options and was ready for any questions I had. I couldn't recommend Kerry enough, do yourself a favour, use KLM!

Kerry gave me advice and the confidence to take steps I needed to move forward at a challenging time when my financial literacy was almost non existent. She was approachable and explained things well and my mortgage refinancing has now successfully concluded. I recommend KLM if you’re considering a mortgage broker.
