Joining Graeme Holm's Infinity family was one of the best decisions we could ever take. Till Sep 2021, we had been with various mortgage brokers but that is what they were - just mortgage brokers. They provide you a product - that's it. Without the consideration if the product is going to suit us in the long run. But Infinity is a completely different world. Team Infinity is full of warm & friendly staff who genuinely seem to be on a mission to help people. Not just 1 or 2, but each and every staff member we have interacted with have displayed utmost levels of professionalism & warmth at the same time - something that we have never seen before. And their knowledge in their field is simply brilliant. Thanks to the structure set up for our loans for both PPR & the recent Investment property (Thanks to Chris/Stylez ), we are much better placed to repay off our main home loan in the next 3-4 years - which was just impossible to even dream about before joining the Infinity family. In fact when we attended the 2 day Masterclass in Sep 2021, Graeme did analyze our numbers & said that we could repay off out home loan in the next 3-4 years. To be honest, at the time we thought it was too good to be true but even if Graeme could reduce our loan tenure by half (which was 14 years then), we would be mighty pleased. I wanted to say a big thank you for Graeme and the Infinity Team! Once we made the decision to join the Infinity Family everything has happened quickly and with ease. We met with Lou and Jack to confirm what we wanted to achieve and it all started to happen from there. Really appreciate the professionalism and information provided, we had a clear picture of what we could achieve based on the facts. Been involved with Graeme since early 2020. Was skeptical in the beginning and Im not an easy person to win over. Every relationship has it's ups and downs and these guys manage things really well on all fronts. His market knowledge is second to none. Really amazing.
