Dealing with Graeme and his knowledgeable team - there is no questions or scenarios that cant be resolved! On this particular instance, we had to sell our current home and purchase our new Dream Home which may seem to be straight forwards - but fast track this to today - some of the challenges we faced, was understanding the landscape in QLD and at the time we had COVID shutdown our borders, so it made looking for a suitable home that more challenging. Then we needed to assess our financials to see how much we could spend and finally, we had to sell our current family Home - in which we were guided by some great minded individuals under Graeme's reach. The main reason we love working with Graeme and his team, is that we have access to almost every aspect of becoming financially free, whether that be trusted tax advisors, Australia's finest economist, financial planners and a great supporting team which help us remain on target with our budget and goals. I cant believe that we are building our dream home! we are only looking in the revision mirror on our last 2 years and what we have been able to achieve with Graeme & Bec and the team at Infinity in this short time it's just un believable!!!! but we are here to share our story and tell you its true and absolutely possible and I just wish that we had met the team many years ago. We thought we were doing pretty well in life until we met Graeme!!!! Our situation was Family Home (23 years to go on mortgage) and a unit which was my first home we kept and rented out and a block of land in Philip Island that we were going to build the holiday home on... Then we met Graeme.... Initial review was 23 years to 3 years on our mortgage by just changing the structure only... but after a few strategy sessions we sold the unit and block of land and we paid our home off entirely within 6 months and living mortgage free and bought 12 investment properties. To say we have completely flipped our world is an understatement. My husband was quite sceptical at the start of our journey and it took a few months for us to really feel comfortable and trust due to the bad advice and experiences we had with brokers and bankers in the past. Having worked with Graeme and the Infinity Team since the end of 2019 prior to COVID. We thought we were financially savvy and had a great understanding of our financial position. Boy were we wrong! Being stung a few times by a couple of brokers and a personal bank manager - who set up our home loans that weren't linked up to an offset account - I was very skeptical to say the least. Fast track this nearly 3 years on - What Graeme & his incredible team have enabled us to do, is pay off our house which had 23 years owing on it, sold off our under performing investments that enabled us, to enter the property market to be debt free. The financial education and constant learnings have now been passed down to our children, who can get ahead in life a lot sooner - because of the support and education we've received over the years we have been with Graeme and his fantastic team and culture that he cultivates.
