I had the pleasure recently of buying my first property and using Niche finance. Being new to all the ins and outs of everything and not understanding how all the processes worked, I was blown away at the level of help and support I had from the whole team. I dealt mainly with Mel and Shannan. I must say from the moment I had my first phone call with Mel to get the ball rolling and see what my loan capacity could be I was blown away with how easy everything was and how clear the team made it for me. Going through the settlement the team helped me every step with any and every question I had to ensure I knew exactly what was happening and what the next steps were to take to ensure it all went smoothly. I have since been in the house a few months and I can safely say I could not be more happy with my choice to use Niche.
