Geoff recently assisted with an equity release on one of our properties. Our situation is relatively complex with alot of moving parts and the equity release was quite small. Geoff had no hesitation in assisting. He was always available on the phone, extremely prompt with communication and would follow up if he needed anything from us. The icing on the cake was when Geoff was able to get a reduction on a few of my existing interest rates which were through another broker. This came as a complete surprise as I was told by the other broker that im already on the lowest rate and nothing can be done only a month prior.
