Ichtus Breytenbach was recommended to me via a couple I met whilst on holiday after explaining our situation of an extremely high interest rate paying a mortgage I could barley afford We had purchased a property in Western Australia not fitting the major four banks criteria i was offered a high interest loan by a lender, I was desperate at the time to accquire a roof over our heads I called Mortgage choice and made an appointment to speak with Ichtus he immediately returned my phone call listening to my plight we organised to meet the very next day to discuss strategy and a way forward To my surprise Ichtus remembered my story, I brought along all the necessary documents and within a short time Ichtus had identified a lender, I met all their criteria Ichtus advised I would save almost five hundred dollars (500.00) a month with the Australian owned lender I accepted gratefully with Ichtus providing all of the necessary communication between the previous lender and the new lender keeping us up to date across the process. Throughout the entire time we found Ichtus to be honest reliable and transparent in a world where finance takes precedence above all else Ichtus put our concerns to rest he was so respectful and easy to speak with, I was so impressed we referred my Eldest daughter who contacted Ichtus from Melbourne she purchase her first home in Melbourne Victoria he has made me and my family very happy. We would recommend Ichtus to everyone we know looking for an affordable mortgage including those tough applicants like me who don’t fit most criteria’s Yours faithfully Nicole Leonard Darryl Dawson

I can't praise Ichtus enough, having spent many years searching for a home and having experienced many crushing defeats, Ichtus was able to scour the laws and ins & outs of every way possible to secure a home loan. He was in constant communication regarding every aspect of how we could find a way to get my family into a home. He never gave up even when I had. He worked and reworked the figures so that there was more than one way to secure the loan. If you are looking to get a house but believe it is out of your reach I suggest you contact him and watch him work his magic, you won't regret engaging him. I certainly will be staying in touch for any future property purchases.

Ichtus made the entire experience a breeze. He was genuinely helpful, taking the time to explain every step of the mortgage process, ensuring that I had a clear understanding of my options. One thing that truly stood out was Ichtus's prompt and responsive communication. He was always just a phone call or email away, and addressed all questions and concerns with speed and clarity. This level of responsiveness made me feel like a priority, and I knew I was in capable hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Ichtus to friends and family. If you're looking for a professional mortgage broker who is genuinely helpful, organised, prompt, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with, Ichtus is the person to turn to.
