Ichtus was amazing and helped me every step of the way. He knows how anxiety inducing purchasing a home can be and made himself available every step of the way. Would thoroughly recommend and I will be going back to him on my next purchase!
If you're after a professional and knowledgable mortgage broker to assist you on your path to home ownership or property investment - Icthus isn't just the better choice, he's the only choice you need to make. Ichtus walked with us through every step of the process, going over and above to ensure we were well supported from preparing us for home ownership to finding the right property and sourcing the most competitive rates possible from a range of big 4 banks to smaller lenders for us to choose from. We are incredibly grateful to Ichtus for making what seemed like a daunting prospect into an effortless and seamless process. We highly recommend Ichtus and look forward to engaging his services for the purchase of our next property in the near future.
Ichtus was amazing throughout the whole process. We had a few hiccups along the way with the banks but Ichtus helped us through all of it. He went above and beyond for us. We are very grateful to him for all his help. And we 100% recommend him.
Ichtus was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided exceptional service with great efficiency. Buying our first home in the current market felt daunting, however after being recommended Ichtus by a friend we felt assured he’d give us the best chance to make it happen. Several realestate agents were happy to work with us when we mentioned Ichtus’ name due to his professionalism. He guided us through every step, was always available to help and made sure everything was prepared so the whole process was efficient as possible. Highly recommended!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Ichtus Breytenbach from better choice mortgage Services for my vacant land loan, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Ichtus went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and seamless process from start to finish. His expertise and professionalism were evident every step of the way, and I felt confident in His ability to secure the best possible outcome for me.
As we all know these things can be an absolute headache. Ichtus made everything clear and understandable through the whole process. There were a lot of big words in the paper work that he was happy to translate for us in more laymen's terms 😂. From just the first visit it was clear that his knowledge in his field was outstanding. We can't thank you enough Ichtus ♥️
Ichtus we cannot thank you enough for your service. You have been so thorough and thoughtful throughout and so supportive. Highly recommend you and am so pleased we were lucky enough to have been introduced. Thank you for all you have done for our family, above and beyond.
Ichtus was such an amazing person to deal with, he came to the house to explain all our options, was available on call whenever we had a question and explained everything with simple plain language. I couldn’t recommend a better person to deal with.
I cant begin to tell you how grateful we are to have worked with Ichtus! He went above and beyond to help make every step of our homebuying journey easy and enjoyable.... From patiently waiting while we tossed up between building or buying established to explaining current and forecasted market/economic trends, to providing neighbourhood and property data, example financial breakdowns, information on loans, banks and interest rates, liaising with real estate agents, settlement agents, bank agents and any other kind of associate in between; Ichtus did it all! He travelled to us for a consult and was available virtually 24-7 via phone for any queries. Thanks to Ichtus' efforts we found our dream starter home and moved in just in time for our daughter's first Christmas. We can't stress enough how fantastic he is at his job- how passionate, professional and communicative we found him to be! We would reccomend Ichtus to anyone searching for a Superstar mortgage broker who goes the extra mile (and beyond). Even now he is still helping us with online banking technical support! Thankyou Ichtus from the bottom of our hearts!
