I'd recommend Ichtus to anyone seeking mortgage refinancing. His ability to simplify and explain in plain English the multitude of clauses, pages and contractual information was excellent. His professionalism, promptness and constant contact was a comfort when undertaking the biggest financial investment decisions that most people will ever have. He made the process of analysing options, decision making and execution to an outcome far less onerous or complicated than I thought possible.
