Ichtus was recommended to me by my friend, his dad. He exceeded every expectation on every level. Was professional, very helpful, patient and bend over backwards to working with my FIFO schedule. His communication throughout the whole process was excellent and his market knowledge exceptional. I will definitely recommend Ichtus to anyone I know. Thanks Ichtus for your help and guidance through the whole process from start to finish.

We received a clear and thorough explanation of all financial options from Ichtus. His knowledge and ability to communicate effectively made the process easy to understand. We highly recommend him and plan to use his services again.

Ichtus has been spectacular. He clearly explained the top 5 options for me, all their various strengths and weaknesses and what sort of product was best for my circumstances. Throughout the whole process from initial meeting to settlement he has clearly and concisely kept me in the loop and up to date on what was required of me and how things were progressing. He also was excellent at liasing between settlement agents, financial institutions and lawyers. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Ichtus to anyone seeking any type of mortgage.

We have been working with Ichtus on and off for two years now and he has been nothing short of brilliantly accommodating understanding and approachable. His knowledge is so deep but he is able to explain it in ways that are understandable and, in particular, presentable to us. We appreciated his availabity and his openness as well and have already recommended him to many friends and family since.

Ichtus and his team are the easiest group of people to deal with when looking for options with finance. The industry knowledge, both my work industry and the finance world that Ichtus has is second to none. Once again you’ve helped me kick some more goals! Thanks Ichtus.

Ichtus market knowledge and service was excellent from the first meeting. He kept us up to date every step of the way, answered our questions and concern promptly and professionally. I can recommend his service with the absolute confidence of his market knowledge and professionalism.

Coming into this process, we didn't even know if we could afford a house. Ichtus walked us through the process step-by-step. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, has an excellent work ethic, and genuinely cares about his clients. Ichtus kept us informed every step of the way and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend Ichtus and his team - they will not disappoint.

Ichtus and his team are the most professional and knowledgeable Mortgage Broker I have come across after refinancing many loans, they are, by far, the best at what they do and so patient and helpful if you have any confusion during what can be a very daunting process. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone for his services.

I engaged Ichtus to be my mortgage broker for my first house purchase. From the very start I found Ichtus extremely transparent and kept me updated throughout the process from initially putting an offer on the property to achieving settlement. As this was my first purchase, it was reassuring to have Ichtus advise me on what the next steps were and how things were developing when waiting for approvals etc. Definitely will be recommending Ichtus to family and friend's in the future for his services.

Ichtus is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He was happy to work around our schedule and understanding when we had a toddler yelling the background. I would recommend him to anyone.

We had a very positive experience with Ichtus. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and if any issues in dealing with the banks arose he was more than accommodating in helping us understand and assist with any technicality. He has a pulse on the current market and works very hard to provide the best options available.

Again I cannot recommend Ichtus enough! Another easy, quick and stress free settlement all thanks to him! Thankyou!
