We had the pleasure of working with Ichtus and he provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. He was highly professional, responsive and always went the extra mile to ensure that we understood each step of the process. Thanks to his expertise and commitment we felt confident and supported every step of the way. I would highly recommend Ichtus to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.
Ichtus took all the stress out of refinancing. Always would find time to sort out any complication or answer any questions. We got the best outcome because he is a professional who made sure we always knew what was happening and what to expect at every stage. Wonderful and would definitely use his services again if needed.
Ichtus is very professional and communicated with me every step required to secure a loan. He helped me understand the current market and was extremely efficient and approachable. Thank you Ichtus for your hard work.
As a first home buyer, Ichtus was instrumental in guiding me throughout the entire purchasing process, which may otherwise have been quite daunting. Ichtus provided me with a variety of options throughout the finance process, many of which I didn't realise were possible beforehand. Ichtus was always willing to answer any questions I had, going above and beyond to help me achieve my desired outcome. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase property or refinance their existing mortgage to get in touch with Ichtus.
Ichtus made the refinancing of my home stress free. He was very approachable and upfront whilst being extremely understanding of my requirements being a fifo worker. During the process he ensured that I was able to fly to work without having to worry about the refinancing situation. He also recommended a fantastic settlement agent to complete the process. Throughout the process he mentioned the ongoing support he will provide and even though it has only been a short time since settlement he has definitely followed through on the promise.
Ichtus was the best mortgage broker anyone could ask for, especially as first home buyers. The process was outlined and explained perfectly every step of the way. Thank you very much Ichtus! Tyler & Sophie
We had a fantastic experience with Ichtus as our mortgage broker! As first-time home buyers, we were pretty nervous, but he made everything so much easier and always had time for our calls. His availability, even on weekends, was a huge help for us. Thanks to his guidance and support, we have just secured our dream home. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and friendly mortgage broker for a stress free experience, we highly recommend Ichtus!
We worked with Ichtus for nearly 2 years before finally getting our dream house. Knowing him for this length of time showed us what an absolute expert and gentleman he is. No matter how many questions we had, or the time of day, he always had a well-thought-out answer ready to go, and really took the time to explain everything in great detail (but in terms that anyone could understand). We had a unique situation, being that I'm an Australian citizen and my partner was a temporary resident at the time. Furthermore, we own our own business together, and source 100% of our income from our business. No matter how complicated things got with all the moving parts in our lives, Ichtus approached every task with skill and experience, and nothing was too difficult for him. We couldn't recommend Ichtus enough to everyone. If your case is simple or difficult, Ichtus will give you the time of day and work hard to make sure you get the property and results you want.
Ichtus is an industry expert with incredible market knowledge and communication skills. He was able to explain clearly to both my partner and I exactly what to expect at each stage of the decision making process. Having our many many questions answered by someone we could trust, rather than doctor Google, made our leap into property investing seem not so daunting. Will be recommending his services to friends and family without a doubt.
I just settled my new apartment, and I couldn't have done it without Ichtus from Better Choice Mortgage Services. From the very beginning, he was incredible to work with. Ichtus made everything so much easier. He was always there to answer my questions and explain things in a way that made sense. I never felt rushed or confused, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. What really stood out to me was how Ichtus went above and beyond to find the best mortgage for my situation. He handled all the paperwork and answered any random 2am thoughts about the process very quickly. Because of his hard work, settling my apartment went smoothly, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Ichtus from Better Choice to anyone looking for a mortgage broker. He genuinely cares about his clients and works tirelessly to get the best results, even with my settlement being days after having his newborn arrive. Thank you, Ichtus, for all your help and for making this big step in my life so much easier.
