Jia and Evolve loans saved us from having to terminate our contract of sale. We had unconditional finance with another lender but they failed to process the refinance from another bank. This cased many headaches and sleepless nights. Jia was able to assess the problem within and hour and he had our entire portfolio converted to CBA within 30 days. I will not be using anyone else in the future. They are wonderful. Friendly staff and very willing to assist.
