I found that James was proactive in actioning each step of the home loan process, anticipating what would be required and having a solution to bank delays etc. I have used James for 2 loans and have been happy to recommend him to friends and family.

I highly recommend his service and his ability to get things done when others would not succeed or not put additional effort into getting the desired results for you. The application process is no easier than a DIY application but it's good to have someone to vet the application to maximise the probability of approval.

James has been very helpful towards all our applications and willing to work with our busy work schedule. He go through the paperwork with us and find the best offer in the market. We don't have the 20% as a down payment but he manage to find one without the LMI which save us $10K++. He follow up with the bank till the last day of the settlement to ensure everything complete.
