Amazing human being who made the whole process feel easy!

Jerry has been incredible to me during the whole process to date!! His patience and genuine care in understanding my personal situation and helping step me through the whole process was so reassuring. His kindness in addressing my (many) questions and taking the time to make sure I was comfortable in my decision was very much appreciated.
