Great customer service all round

Jerry & Jess mate this step in our journey very easy. Once they had all the information they needed they submitted and pre-empted the banks reply which was exactly what happened. submitting again everything went through just like they said it would We are very happy with Jerry & Jess their product knowledge has been great their communication and ongoing support has been great. We feel very lucky to have them both in our corner and they seem as genuinely happy for us as we are of this part of the journey. When asking them questions they are always happy to break the question down and put the answers i need into simple terminology.
