Asked for a rate review - but service was slow so I spoke to the bank directly who actioned my request ASAP and beat the rate negotiated by the broker when he finally replied! Then asked for a loan review and service was slow and rate uncompetitive - again went direct to another bank and refinanced at a way lower rate. Service was initially good but I was surprised how it just fell away...
