Better late than never....

In the past 35 years I have held numerous mortgages both for our family home and investment properties . In all these years I have engaged directly with one or all of the big four banks in Melbourne. Following an introduction to Jim via a property investors evening held by a notable estate agency in inner urban Melbourne, I followed up with Jim regarding setting up another mortgage for a property in Albert Park. Jim was prompt and available in our first catch up.... his knowledge on where the big four and others currently sat and how far they were able to be pressed was very insightful for someone like me that previously only dealt with lenders directly.
