I couldn’t rate Joel highly enough. He was recommended to me by a Newcastle Financial adviser I knew well and he really did go above and beyond. I my case I had found a property in Nelson Bay which i wanted to move quickly on due to the low price, as such I decided to place a deposit sight unseen with a 2 week cooling off period. I had planned to visit the property during the period and due my diligence but due to a series of unfortunate events I ended up in hospital in need of a spinal fusion.
