I can’t thank Joel and Olivia enough for all of their help with extending my mortgage. Joel was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was knowledgeable, professional and always kept me informed, but what really stood out was how far he went to help. Even while he was on holidays, he still took the time to sign and lodge documents for me to keep everything moving. Olivia was equally amazing. Her communication was fantastic, and she went above and beyond to help me, particularly on settlement day when it was looking like things might not happen. She followed up with MSA National and pushed things along to help get everything sorted. Buying or extending a mortgage can be incredibly stressful, so having a broker and admin team who genuinely care, communicate and go the extra mile makes such a huge difference.
