To provide some context, I work for a bank - a very big bank (as does my wife). As a result, we’re eligible for a number of staff benefits. No LMI, cheaper interest rates etc. Now, having both spoken to our employers about these benefits, the process of applying for the loan, among other things, we were left with many unanswered questions and a lack of confidence in whether we would be getting what we wanted. Enter the finance ferret (Josh). Josh is a master at his craft. He explained everything so well, investigated options that fit our requirements, and, has ended up saving us a considerable sum of money (I’m talking over $150k in projected interest). Five stars wouldn't be enough to describe the services they have given to us. Our property purchase was quite complex and stressful but we came successful in the end with the help of Joshua and his team. The whole team is very supportive and reliable especially during the last stretch when everything becomes under pressure. Josh is very knowledgeable and helpful in laying out every option, their pros and cons, and how will it suit us with the property we are buying. He make things happen!
