Five stars wouldn't be enough to describe the services they have given to us. Our property purchase was quite complex and stressful but we came successful in the end with the help of Joshua and his team. The whole team is very supportive and reliable especially during the last stretch when everything becomes under pressure. Josh is very knowledgeable and helpful in laying out every option, their pros and cons, and how will it suit us with the property we are buying. He make things happen! Leif and Dennis, you guys are awesome and I truly appreciate your consistent communication with us and the lenders which really made the difference! We highly recommend Josh and his team for anyone purchasing a property and needing assistance.

This is the 2nd time I have dealt with Josh and it won’t be my last. The experience I had was just as good the 2nd time around and he is always extremely helpful in every way. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting good advice and better service

Josh was a delight to work with again, this time to refinance my loan. He listened to what was important to me, got it all going quickly, and was very communicative throughout the whole process. He got me a great deal! This has been such a positive experience, and I’m so thankful to him and his team 😊

Joshua went out of his way to try and get us the best deal possible. He stayed in contact with us during the whole process. Highly recommend Joshua for the next time you need any financial advice.

The responsiveness that Josh brings to the table is exceptional and the suite of products that is available also helps you make an informed decision. Overall, working with Josh has been a very good experience and will definitely work with him in the future and very highly recommended.

After working with one broker who couldn’t provide us with what we needed, we got in contact with Josh. The very first call we told Josh our then situation and our goals, straight away he told us that he is happy to help us and get us to our goals, and that he did! Josh was honest, reliable and reassuring from beginning to end, no matter if it was good or bad. He answered every question we had giving us the knowledge we needed. One of the best things I liked about Josh was that he was very professional but was also happy to have a laugh and make you feel like you were talking to a friend. Josh didn’t only help us with getting the details together for our first home, he also helped us through the process of purchasing our first home. Josh and his team, worked so hard to get our pre-approval and the final approval. Finance Ferret make you feel like you are their top priority, no matter how busy you can imagine they are. Busy for one reason, they are the best out there. Josh, Leif and team, from the bottom of our hearts thank you. Thank you for helping our family, we couldn’t have done it without you guys!

Great service from Josh and his team. Very helpful and easy to deal with and takes the time to explain things in detail. I tell anyone that I know who is looking for a broker to contact these guys.

Josh earned our trust early enough with his knowledge and transparency about what is possible (and what's not) and how that can be achieved. And he lived up to that trust till the end. Will go back to him.

I found Josh to be professional, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Customer service I received was personal and outstanding. Made the whole experience very easy, helped me and guided me through the process and not stressful. This is the second time we have used Josh's services for our family finance dealings and we will continue to employ his services going forward. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone.

I would like to start by thanking Joshua for his sheer determination in obtaining a loan given my personal circumstances. I can say this would have been challenging for anyone, however Joshua continued and persisted, resulting in a positive outcome. Joshua has always been extremely professional, transparent and all topped off with an honest and open approach throughout the entire process from loan application through to final approval. Joshua maintained open and direct communication throughout this process which I appreciated greatly. Joshua has what I consider to be the fabric of a great broker. His ability to maintain open communication, professionalism, his dedicated approach, along with his valuable knowledge and advice made my experience just that much easier and clearer. If you are in the market for a broker, then don't hesitate to contact Joshua Geurts.
