I found my dealings with Joshua extremely pleasing. Being a first home buyer he provided us with any information we needed or was there for the guidance on anything were unsure of, which was very reassuring. His knowledge and advice made this a very smooth process, even with factoring in the current climate of COVID-19 changing/delaying all the normal processes in the industry.
