As a first time home buyer as a single woman in my late 40s I was very intimidated by the whole process. Meeting Josh, he immediately made me feel comfortable and i could see that he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. I was not a number to him, he genuinely wanted me to get the best deal possible. From the first time i met Josh it was easy to see he really knew what he was talking about. He asked a lot of questions to find out more about us and what we were hoping to achieve to help him understand the best way he could help us and not himself, like other brokers we had come in contact with.
