Best in the business! Jono has been our broker for a number of years now and he has always made the process simple and easy on our end. What could have been a stressful time, Jonathan and the team left us feeling at ease, and seamlessly sorted our mortgages for both the sale and purchase of our home. Thank you, Jonathan and the First Point Team.
Jonathan was really knowledgeable and always happy to help! Always easy to contact and got back to me straight away answering any queries I had.
Jonathan has been so helpful to us over the years that he has been looking after us. He gets things moving along so fast and smoothly and he always goes over and above to find us the best deal possible. Highly recommend Jonathan 👌
Yet again Jonothan has done his utmost to make the transition from another lender to one that best suits our current needs. He also assisted us with a SMSF property and dealt skillfully with all the twists and turns in the transactions. Thank you Jonathon from James and Danielle Gethen
We gave Jonathan a diffcult task, to find a lender to provide a loan to a new business without an income history. He was very polite and understood our needs immediately. It was only due to his determination, that we got a loan to meet our needs.
This was our first time having re-financed since we bought our home - Jonno and they made the whole process really straight forward, had great attention to detail and answered all of our many 100's of questions without any hassle! Thank you to the First Point team for making this so easy and a great experience for us :)
We’ve had Jonathan as our broker for around 7 years. We’ve bought several properties and he’s been adaptable and flexible and been able to sort out finances for us at very short notice. He does his homework and always lets us know every year if we need to consider alternative lenders to get the best rates. He and his team are responsive and know what they’re doing. Impressive to say the least!
I had an excellent experience working with Jonathan to refinance my home loan. His market expertise and commitment to finding the best terms, coupled with transparent communication, made the entire process efficient and stress-free. I highly recommend Jonathan’s services to anyone seeking a reliable and knowledgeable mortgage broker.
Calling Jonathon was the best move we made in our home buying journey. After wasting months with other brokers, Jonathon had us pre-approved and ready to go in a week, and we're now settling in to our new property. Extremely responsive and always on hand to provide advice on the market and process - can not recommend enough and would use again.
Jono (and team) were extremely professional, extremely effective, knew when to get into the details and when to give us the summary. Worked tirelessly and was responsive even at hours I wouldn’t expect him to be. Very happy with the service and look forward to more in the future!
Jonathan was fantastic during my settlement dealings and loan approval. I highly recommend him. He de stressed a very stressful operation for me. Thanks so much Jonathan! Highly recommended!!
Jonno and his team made my refinancing very easy. Their communication was always clear and prompt. I’ll definitely coming back to them for future finance and will be recommending them to friends and family
