This is the 5th loan that Jonathan has refinanced for me and every time I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable. He is very responsive, if he isn't available he will always call you back. If he doesn't know the answer to any of your questions, he will always endeavour to find out and get back to you. I recently had an issue with a bank after settlement, I called Jonathan and he promptly went to the into the bank himself to sort it out.
