Laz had exceptional knowledge in his field and assisted me to obtain a new mortgage, it was a bit different, as I was selling one property and settling a week prior to purchasing the other, meaning the total funds and deposit etc were not 100% known at the time. However this did not hamper the results and everything went through without any issues. For me time is money, and the ability to correspond via email and text at all hours assisted me in getting on with my normal work life. Laz having an office in the suburbs meant also that to go to his office was a breeze to find and park without the hassle of some others that I dealt with previously. FYI 10+ houses and 5 mortgage brokers later, I am speaking from experience of using a few. All said - genuine nice guy to deal with and communication is second to none making the whole process a breeze from my POV.
