I am a fussy customer! Laszlo was one of those experiences that gave me faith that there are still people around that are actually masters of the their trade, and apply critical and creative thinking. We had a fairly complex situation and a very specific product type we were after. From the very start, Laszlo was so supportive, explaining the ins an outs of this complex industry and options. The proof of the pudding is that Laszlo was able to put together exactly what we were after. I am so glad we did not go for one of those big national franchise businesses as I think it would have been really stressful and could have ended up taking longer. I would absolutely go to Lazslo first the next time we need property financing!
I did some research when looking for a broker to assist me in buying my first home. Found Laszlo at Orange Finance and could not have been happier with the decision I made. He was thorough, informative and a real nice guy on top of that. I know that it's his job to help me out but I could tell he was genuine in wanting to do what was best for me. Even once the house was settled, he was checking in to make sure I had everything in place with the lender. If you're looking for a broker, look no further as Laszlo is the man for the job.
I can't praise Laszlo Szollosi enough for his efforts to get help us re-refinance in order to buy a block in East Augusta. Laz had exceptional knowledge in his field and assisted me to obtain a new mortgage, it was a bit different, as I was selling one property and settling a week prior to purchasing the other, meaning the total funds and deposit etc were not 100% known at the time. However this did not hamper the results and everything went through without any issues. For me time is money, and the ability to correspond via email and text at all hours assisted me in getting on with my normal work life. Laz having an office in the suburbs meant also that to go to his office was a breeze to find and park without the hassle of some others that I dealt with previously. FYI 10+ houses and 5 mortgage brokers later, I am speaking from experience of using a few. All said - genuine nice guy to deal with and communication is second to none making the whole process a breeze from my POV.
My partner and I were first home buyers and knew nothing about the property market when we first went to see Laszlo. At the time, he managed to secure my partner and I one of the final 15 FHLDS packages offered by the government to assist us with the purchase of our first home which we are forever thankful for.
