What a relief to have Lazslo in our corner for the buying of our dream property! He has been knowledgeable, responsive, efficient and calm throughout the process. We have never used a broker before on our property purchases but plan to always use Lazslo in the future. Thanks Lazslo we really appreciate all of your efforts. Kirrily and Chris Kruger
Laz had exceptional knowledge in his field and assisted me to obtain a new mortgage, it was a bit different, as I was selling one property and settling a week prior to purchasing the other, meaning the total funds and deposit etc were not 100% known at the time. However this did not hamper the results and everything went through without any issues. For me time is money, and the ability to correspond via email and text at all hours assisted me in getting on with my normal work life. Laz having an office in the suburbs meant also that to go to his office was a breeze to find and park without the hassle of some others that I dealt with previously. FYI 10+ houses and 5 mortgage brokers later, I am speaking from experience of using a few. All said - genuine nice guy to deal with and communication is second to none making the whole process a breeze from my POV.
My partner and I were first home buyers and knew nothing about the property market when we first went to see Laszlo. He was an encyclopaedia of facts and was able to answer all of our questions which was comforting. At the time, he managed to secure my partner and I one of the final 15 FHLDS packages offered by the government to assist us with the purchase of our first home which we are forever thankful for. I highly recommend his services. It is a very personal feel when you sit down face to face in the office and you don't have to go through hoops and bounds to speak direct with him. If he has updates that are important, he will contact you via telephone to tell you direct. Appreciate all of your help Laszlo & hopefully see you again in the future for a nice investment property :) Thank you, Briana and James
Laszlo is a highly experience broker. He is highly trustworthy and provides expert advice. I have refinanced with him on multiple occasions, and will do so again next time. Laszlo provides a comparison of different loans from different mortgage providers, showing which offers the best value. This is both easy to follow and provides lots of useful information. He closely monitors trends on interest rates, and is able to provide updated advice as market conditions evolve and new loan offers emerge. Laszlo also makes the loan paperwork as easy as possible.
Laszlo Szollosi is an outstanding broker- providing in depth expert financial experience and advice that we could trust and we have used his services on multiple occasions and continue to return. I recommend him without hesitation to anyone wanting true high quality professional ability and experience.
Laszlo was recommended to us by a colleague and we're so grateful to have found him. He has walked us through both a remortgage and a land purchase/construction loan with ease - everything is explained fully and we've felt comfortable with each decision. He's gone above and beyond our expectations when dealing with our builder and land agent. Laszlo is very responsive on both phone and email and accommodated our schedules for meetings at his office to sign documents. The online portal he uses is simple to navigate and upload and made providing documents a very quick process. We wouldnt hesistate to use Laszlo again for any future loans and would recommend to our family and friends.
We were referred to Lazlo through Sue at Aussie OS. Being new to Perth, we were reliant on recommendations and Sue's referral exceeded our expectations. From the start Lazlo put us at ease. He was professional, articulate, communicative and very open and easy to deal with. His market knowledge was exceptional and he actively involved us in every part of the process, making the experience very much a collaborative one. The process to obtain our mortage was smooth and the turnaound was very efficient. Lazlo knew the workings of the bank and was able to give us very accurate turnaround times which were weaved around weekends and public holidays. Lazlo went out of his way at every opportunity to help us, and was very flexible, meeting us at home and even in a cafe close to home very late on a Friday afternoon. We were really happy with the process, the service and the outcome. On top of this, Lazlo is a thoroughly nice guy. We would highly recommend his brokerage services to anyone in the market hoping to secure a mortgage. Thank you Laz!
Laszlo gave us a great all round service and was very responsive to any queries we had along the way. Our options were broken down in a way that was easy to understand and he was very knowledgeable in his advice to two first home buyers. We would highly recommend his services to others.
Originally enquired about refinancing rates banks had on offer. Laszlo found us a few options and gave us non biased advice on our options. Settled on refinancing through one of the big banks which Laszlo got us a very good rate. Would highly recommend using him if you have any interest in a mortgage or refinancing. A very transparent broker.
Laz was incredible helping us to navigate the often tricky mortgage landscape. He has an amazing depth of knowledge, he is highly efficient and he answered all of our questions in a way that gave us the clarity and confidence we were after. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We couldn't recommend Laz highly enough - a fabulous broker and genuinely good person!
Laszlo was very helpful and provided excellent service throughout our new home purchasing process. Any issues were dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Will certainly use his services again.
We met Laszlo at the beginning of our investment journey, and it was a long journey with many change of mind and heart. Laszlo was insightful, patient and always available. We really felt in good hands and would recommend him any time.
