Highly recommend Laszlo. Very professional, experienced, punctual and always happy to help. He refinanced our mortgage and helped us deal with the banks when switching lenders which enabled us to privately buy our new house. We would definitely use him again.
Laslo was professional from the start to the completion of our business. He was readily available to converse with, and always prompt and efficient at getting back to us. His advice had our best interests in mind. I would reccommend anyone to choose Laslo to assist them in their financial endeavours.
Laszlo was an amazing help to us throughout the entire process even post-settlement. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and made first home buying a breeze.
Laszlo helped us buy our first home, within a couple of weeks! Being completely new to the buying process and all that it entails, Laszlo was recommended to us by friends. He made us feel at ease from the start with his friendly and approachable attitude. We hardly knew anything about the process, had a million questions, and Laszlo answered every single one, explaining things without ever making us feel like it was a hassle. I couldn't recommend him more!
A friend recommended Laszlo to me after expressing some interest in getting my first home. Laszlo was wonderful, made me realise my dreams were closer than I had imagined and we made it happen. Explained everything to me in terms I could understand and made the process as simple as I could have asked for. Used his recommended Settlement agent who was also wonderful. Even after living in the new house for a couple of months Laszlo has provided full support and still answers my questions and explains everything to me that I ask of him. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking at buying a house. Will definitely be using him for future investments.
Exceptional service from the beginning to the end of my property purchase. Laszlo went above and beyond, ensuring my mortgage application process was seamless. He kept me fully informed at all times and I would highly recommend him.
Laszlo's knowledge, experience and expertise in the financial sector were instrumental in assisting us with our mortgage refinance. Laszlo provided us with multiple options and explained of of them thoroughly allowing us to make an informed decision. Laszlo was flexible with meeting with us and the online portal made completing forms and signing of documents very easy. He was efficient in completing documentation and always responded to emails or phone calls in a timely manner. We would certainly recommend Laszlo to our family, friends and work colleagues.
I have only ever trusted Laz with my home refinancing. He always takes the time to understand the situation and apply his wealth of knowledge to get the best outcome. He is responsive and a great communicator, no matter how big or small the finance options I would highly recommend Laz.
We used Laszlo as our mortgage broker for our first home and he was excellent. He repeatedly went above and beyond to help us, going outside of his scope of work regularly to help us with extra stuff and answer all of my questions, he never rushed me off the phone and always had time to help. With our mortgage he was great, we had a few circumstances that meant getting our loan wasn't straight forward, he put in countless hours for us to make sure everything worked out for the best and always had our best interests in his mind. We have already recommended another family member to him and will comfortably use Laszlo again in the future. Could not recommend him more.
From the start of our house buying experience Laszlo felt like a friend in the industry. We had many chats about our current financial situation and he gave comprehensive and unbiased advice on a range of different purchasing options. Initially it turned out we weren't ready to buy, we didn't feel pressured by Laszlo in any way which meant when it did come time to buy we knew he would be the best person to consult. Quick to respond and effective in his comparisons, Laszlo made our house buying experience a smooth one. We went ahead with his suggested provider with confidence and have no regrets in the decision. We have already recommended his services to others and will continue to do so.
I’m now a first home owner in Melbourne, and this would not have been possible without Laszlo! From the moment I contacted him, he was extremely kind, patient and understanding. He answered all of my questions, no matter how basic. He walked me through the entire process from beginning to settlement! He was always professional and provided an amazing service. I highly recommend Laszlo!
Laszlo was referred to us by our previous broker (who is no longer in the business). It took us 18 months to finally find our home after a long sale and then a couple of offers falling through, and Laszlo was patiently with us all the way, providing updates to our capacity as a couple of things changed for us. He handled the paperwork and the bank dealings through some strange Covid times for us and I could not be happier with his help and service. He is friendly and explains things in a way that is easy to understand and gave us good options to choose from. I'd highly recommend him (and have done) to others.
