After dealing with other brokers in the past, Lucas is by far the best I have dealt with. His communication style really put my partner and I at ease and his ability to explain things in layman's terms, was impeccable. Lucas made the process very easy for us both, we felt extremely supported and understood every step along the way. Lucas is very patient and we never felt pressured. We landed on a property we are in love with, along with a mortgage that is well within our budget. This provided some wriggle room for minor renovations that needed to be done. I would recommend Lucas to anyone I knew looking for a mortgage. I cannot fault his service - Professional, friendly and reliable.

Lucas is absolutly fabulous his great attitude and willingness to work with and get things done is amazing. Hes punctual responsive and overall just cares which is hard to find in a broker. We had 3 brokers and spoke and started processes with 6 others but they went AWOL or just didnt care. Lucas deserves every cent he makes + more. I have recommended 1 other using him atm and she thinks the dame as me, got more people asking for his details as he comforts the stress of getting loans all the way through and after settlement. Cannot recommend anyone else to Lucas's league in brokering just from his patience to responses to making everything feel ok. With 3 kids and renting for 14 years we could not cut a break, but Lucas organised everything and spent so much time, feels more like family than a broker, anyone starting out or being trying to find a good broker for a while like us, I believe you can stop looking as you wont need to keep looking now you found Lukas.
