Luke was professional and proactive throughout the process , however unfortunately given the nature of the property being a shareholder title and the lenders processes being very slow, the process was long and drawn out. There was also a slight error in the checking of the forms prior to submission which caused a slight delay as well. Any future clients with the same circumstances as to what I had will need to have their expectations managed prior to the process commencing.
