Working with Marivic was like a stroll in the park. She made everything so easy. She explained what we were doing each step of the way and made the process really simple to understand. Being a first home buyer it can be daunting as there's so much to go through, but she made me feel cared for especially when there was a bit of push back from the banks and was even able to help negotiate the price.
