In today's market, housing prices keep increasing and bankers are tightening their belts. Mitchell and his team assisted with refinancing my mortgage. It was easy to book an appointment with Mitchell who is very knowledgeable in his field, whenever it was required. The case managers did a great job answering my 101 questions via email, liaising with the bank and providing me with frequent updates. And I was provided with access to a portal to upload all required documents. The upload time via this portal was extremely quick, it literally took a second even for larger files which was heaps better than having to email documents. Overall Mitchell and his team made the transition as seamless as possible hence I would definately use their services in the future when its time to refinance once again and for my next purchase.
